A very beautiful high-altitude hiking trail leads from the Nenzigast valley up to the Sonnenkopf.
Description
This hike starts at the Almwasserpark in Klösterle am Arlberg. From here, follow the Alfenz river into the valley until you reach the fork into the Nenzigasttal valley. At the signpost turn right onto the hiking trail into the Nenzigasttal. The hiking trail now leads you into the picturesque Nenzigast valley to the Alpe Nenzigast. From the Alpe Nenzigast continue along the "milk way" trail past the Thüringer Schafalpe up to the Burtschasattel. Below the Burtschakopf, the trail now continues to the mountain station of the Sonnenkopf cable car - here there are two trail options. With the Sonnenkopf cable car you then return to the valley and with the bus line 720 back to Klösterle am Arlberg.
