At our restaurant on the Tschengla, it’s all about quality, taste, and origin. We cook with what nature provides – fresh, seasonal, and with plenty of love. Our ingredients come straight from forests, meadows, and local farms whenever possible. Herbs from the surrounding area, homemade jams inspired by Grandma’s recipes, fine teas, and salt blends with the scent of the mountains – with us, you can truly taste where you are.

Traditional cuisine with a twist – that’s our style. While we hold Grandma’s cookbook in high regard, modern culinary ideas are also welcome in our kitchen. Old favorites meet new flavors. And the best part: vegetarian guests are more than welcome, too.
