Do you want to be out and about and eat well at the same time? You can do both on the Culinary Pleasure Tour in Brandnertal. On your hike, you will stop off at three stations - a small selection of regional dishes awaits you everywhere. Simple, honest and made with love.
There are two variants: One tour starts in Bürserberg, the other in Brand. Each tour shows you a different side of the valley - and brings you closer to the region's cuisine.

Please note: Due to the construction of the new Loischkopf cable car, there will be no Culinary Hike in Bürserberg this summer.

Enjoy whizzing down perfectly groomed slopes and indulging in culinary delights during three well-deserved breaks - that's what our culinary enthusiasts in Brandnertal can look forward to in winter. Ski from hut to hut and from course to course - let our hut keepers spoil you with a 3-course menu, enjoy the magnificent panorama and sample the regional delicacies of the Brandnertal.
The "Culinary Pleasure Tour" in the Brandnertal is available in two versions in winter.
All the details for your enjoyable day of skiing
- Period: during the entire winter season (deviations possible depending on snow conditions)
- Price: € 45,- per person incl. 3-course menu, excl. ski pass
- Start time: start at 08:30 is recommended
- Slope kilometers: 64.4 km incl. ski routes
- Starting point: Access at all feeder lifts in the Brandnertal ski area (Dorfbahn Brand, Palüdbahn Brand, Einhornbahn I & II in Bürserberg)
- Parking: all parking lots of the Brandnertal cable cars in Brand and Bürserberg
- Public transport: Landbus L580 to the bus stop "Brand, Dorfbahn" or "Brand, Palüdbahn", timetable information at www.vmobil.at. The bus ticket is not included in the price.
- Equipment: complete ski equipment, sun protection, cell phone for emergencies

Variant 1 | Brandy
- Appetizer at the Niggenkopf terrace: soup of the day or "Flädlesuppe" incl. 1 small drink
- Main course at the Palüdhütte: cheese spaetzle incl. 1 small drink
- Sweet finish at the Alpengasthof Melkboden: small Kaiserschmarrn incl. 1 cup of coffee
Option 2 | Bürserberg
- Appetizer in the Frööd restaurant: Vorarlberg barley soup with farmhouse bread or Frööd salad bowl incl. 1 Frööd iced tea
- Lunch in the Fuchsbau ski hut: Senner or vegetable rösti with salad or Wiener schnitzel with chips or salad incl. 1 small non-alcoholic drink
- Sweet finish in the Rufana Alp: Apple strudel or chocolate cake incl. 1 cup of coffee, tea or cocoa
